For some reason, Randon is very confident that we are having a girl. But we have no "scientific evidence." If you are drawn to a girl item, go for it! We'll figure out what to do if she turns out to be a he :)
Here are some of the items we still need:
Stroller and infant car seat - light weight umbrella stroller preferred
Ergo baby carrier - This is such an overpriced item, but people love it so much. There are a TON of these used on craigslist.org
Boppy Pillow - for nursing
Swing - I know I loved my swing when I was little. Fisher-Price seems to dominate in this market.
Bouncer or "Johnny Jump-Up" - attaches to the doorway and lets baby exercise those legs
Toddler poddy - We won't need this right away but a friend has had great success with early poddy training, so we are going to try it. The first 6 months will fly by, I'm sure.
Play Gym - this is a mobile you set up on the ground and baby can lay on her back and just look at first, and later grab and play with the things around her.
Diaper Bag
Onsies and Footed Jumpsuits
Swaddling Blankets
Hooded Towels
Books
Sensory Toys and Rattles
Happiest Baby on the Block Book and CD
Moby Wrap baby carrier
Pack N' Play sheets
Gift cards are more than welcome.
You can email me if you'd like to let me know I can remove something from the list. Or you can just surprise us and we'll return any duplicates we need to. Thank you so much for supporting us in this adventure!!!
